  1. A good book, but not all it could be.
Let me begin by saying that Head First Javascript is a good book, at least compared to any other JS books I've seen. It isn't, however, a particularly good "Head First" book. What I mean by this is that the other Head First books I've used (XHTML & CSS, SQL, and C#) have been highly interactive,...
  2. Great introduction to Javascript but not a reference book
The first headfirst book I read was the HTML one and I have been hooked ever since. I took a class in javascript last semester and was hoping this book would come out before finals but alas that didn't happen. Anyways, I got this book when it first came out and I have been going through it since....

I'm working on my club's Web site (http://lcec.us) and am trying to set some adaptivity of screen resolution and sizes of the window. Right now I'm working on height. The central iframe contains the bulk of the page, and his table in it.

Unless it is declared as var iframe, and has not included is the statement, then iframe must be in quotes if it is the literal id of your iframe:

Detroit hands Green Bay women first loss of season

GREEN BAY, Wis. - (AP) -- It's been 15 years since Detroit has been able to win in Green Bay.

Detroit coach Autumn Rademacher remembers that lone victory fondly. She was a star player on the 1997 team that earned an NCAA tournament bid..

Rademacher, a former Green Bay assistant and now Detroit's head coach, saw her team pull off a stunning repeat performance from the sidelines on Thursday night.

Shareta Brown scored 24 points and Senee Shearer added 23 Detroit shocked No. 9 Wisconsin-Green Bay 70-58 in a Horizon League game at the Kress Center in Green Bay.

"I definitely brag a whole lot about all my accomplishments and I just have always challenged them to shut me up, period," Rademacher said. "At some point they want to show me up. They want to do me one better and I said, 'Hey, guess what, this one is very sweet for you guys.'"

The Titans (13-11, 9-3 Horizon League) snapped the Phoenix's (20-1, 10-1) 40-game regular season winning streak and ended their bid for a second straight perfect season in the Horizon. Rademacher was unable to contain her grin after the unlikely victory and said she couldn't be happier for her players.
